Hey there, Whew, has it been a crazy month. After a kidney stone effectively keeping me from doing anything, pain pills keeping me from thinking clearly and medical bills keeping me from buying a new lens I finally feel like I'm getting (sort of) back on track. I just started my garden and things are starting to bloom around here so expect a flurry of photos in my gallery throughout April and May! I may even get a few event opportunities this year, so advice on that would be awesome, as I am AWFUL at live shots of people. Nature, animals, still life in general, I'm fine at. Hey there, friends, As some of you know here in the northern hemisphere the comet PanSTARRS will be showing up on the horizon fairly soon. I've never seen a comet before and am therefore VERY excited to see this. Obviously I want to photograph it too. I've never been too good at nighttime photography. Even dusk. Any tips on how to shoot this thing? Camera settings, etc? Thanks much, Madi

Sorry peeps, I've been in a little bit of a daze over the last couple of months. I've gone back to school and I'm working full time so when I have time for anything photography related I kind of just upload and walk away anymore.
